Bide [Normal] Brine [Water] Slash [Normal] Superpower [Fighting] Blizzard [Ice]
Info: Cho was Teddie's starter pokemon and therefore his representative of what he was about to get into. And really, he couldn't ask for a better one. Not only was Cho smart and helpful, but also kind and energetic just like her trainer. It was love at first sight and the two have been inseparable since, even after her evolution.
After meeting Rise and her pokemon, Cho became enamored with fashion and the idea of becoming an idol. She loves to wear elaborate outfits and her battle style often incorporates dance moves while her actual moves focus on beauty rather than pure strength. Which, considering all her ice and water-type moves, isn't very difficult. That's not to say she's a pushover, she's still a giant ass bear. Just...a more civilized bear compared to the brute force Rosa or Tomomi use.
Compared to the other two girls, Cho also tends to mother Teddie more, sort of as a thank you for all the times he spent parenting her as a cubchoo. Cho loves her baby bear very much and has no problem ripping off the faces of anyone who upsets him. ...Okay, maybe not rip off their faces, but they may find themselves frozen in a block of ice.
Swagger [Normal] Double Team [Normal] Ice Punch [Ice] Thunder Punch [Electric] Work Up [Normal] Slash [Normal] Body Slam [Normal] Parting Shot [Dark] Taunt [Dark]
Info: Rosa was a pokemon Teddie received as an egg, one he considered very special because he got it on his "birthday." After over a week of nurturing it constantly, his egg hatched into one of the most bad mannered panchams you've ever met. Despite her awful attitude, Teddie felt bonded to Rosa-chan due to how hard he took care of that egg and was determined to keep her. After a lot of trial and error, he eventually got her to tolerate him by meeting her training needs. All she wanted to do was become stronger.
Eventually Teddie ended up catching an unruly murkrow that made Rosa absolutely livid. Worse yet, the bird constantly got the upper hand on her all the time and she was no longer considered Teddie's strongest pokemon. Not about to let that pass, she pushed her training even harder and eventually evolved into Teddie's powerhouse. Sadly, murkrow had to leave the team, but Teddie felt Rosa was as strong as six pokemon combined, so he wasn't in a rush anymore to fill up his team.
You'd think turning into a hulking, Kanji-like panda would have made Rosa even more bad tempered, but it turned out to mellow her out quite a lot. Now satisfied with her amount of power, she trusts her trainer enough to eventually get her to that coveted level 100. Having become even protective of Teddie now, she has been dubbed the "Tough Mom."
Info: Full name Tomomi. Tomo-chan was the first pokemon Teddie captured all by himself, which really says something considering his laziness. After spotting what looked like a bear near a dark, spooky cave, Teddie took off after it and spent a few days hunting her down. It was well worth it in the end, Tomomi has become pretty much one of the most important assets in Teddie's team.
Utilizing her Sweet Scent, his team is now able to train faster while Teddie can just lay around and give orders without moving. Everybody wins! In fact, this method is exactly why she ended up evolving. Tomomi's presence on the team is pretty much what keeps everything together, without her they would surely fall back into chaos.
Described as incredibly mellow, out of battle she almost looks like she's about to fall asleep any second. Always wearing a smile on her face, she's probably the least threatening ursaring you'll ever meet. In fact, Teddie tends to use her as his own personal furry bed. ...In battle is a totally different story, she's much more fierce and ready to tear into something, made even worse when her ability is activated. Although it should be noted that things are never taken to extremes, Tomomi has an incredible amount of control and will chill out if needed.
Info: Peck-chan was the result of Teddie being told he should have at least six pokemon. Not wanting to somehow fail this unspoken standard, he rushed outside as fast as he could and caught the first thing he saw. In this case, he was in Ecruteak and caught this murkrow. That turned out to be a...very poor idea as the unruly bird proved to be more of a handful than even Rosa. No amount of Play Nice or Thunderpunches kept the bird at bay for long, and she eventually grew a terrible habit of pecking her trainer constantly, hence the name. Strange enough, her terrible behavior absolutely outraged Teddie's pancham, who tried her best to prove to the crow that SHE was the baddest on the team, but always fell short thanks to Peck-chan's flying-type moves.
As terrible as his short time with Peck-chan was, her stay proved to be very useful. Determined, Rosa pushed herself as hard as she could to become stronger and eventually used Peck's dark-type to her advantage as the final key to her evolving. Her newfound strength was enough to control the bird, but Teddie felt awful keeping her in an environment she clearly hated. As such, Peck-chan was released and Teddie learned to only catch pokemon he knew he wanted. Live and learn.

Info: Some people may argue that a typhlosion isn't a bear. If you were to ask Teddie, though, he'd tell you to shut your stupid face what else could he "pawsibly" be?! Goro has no problem pretending to be a bear for his trainer's sake, and really now that he fits the mold a little more than he used to, he might as well believe it.
Compared to Teddie's other pokemon, Goro is known for being the calmest. That's not to say that he isn't fun, being calm doesn't equal serious. He has a sense of humor, it's just more subtle and easy to miss in the wackiness that is Teddie's team. Goro loves to humor his trainer and often goes along with his nonsense, but will put a stop to things if he feels like someone might get hurt. If Teddie had to compare Goro to anyone, it'd actually be his beloved Sensei. Because of this, he tends to feel really safe around his flaming totally-a-bear.
Goro is very attached to Teddie's other pokemon, Cho, despite their vast type differences. The two even evolved into their final forms together after a few weeks of hardcore training. It's not rare to see the two cuddling up together, Teddie will often tell people that they're "scoring."
Info: DEFINITELY NOT A BEAR, but after reading some old superstitions VERY USEFUL INFORMATION, Teddie was determined to get one of these little fluffballs for himself in hopes that it'll help him "score." There was just one problem, they only live in Kanto, and Teddie is very much Johto bound. Thankfully, after annoying the right people, Teddie was able to convince Lightning into catching one for him in exchange for information. No, you read that right.
So despite his lack of any sort of bearness, Teddie still seems utterly obsessed with this pokemon, treating him like his itty bitty chick magnet baby. Unlike his namesake, Yosuke is very loving towards Teddie and is just as ridiculous and annoying as his trainer. His useless ability doesn't seem to help and in fact causes him to be rather clumsy, often prone towards flying into things. Like walls. And trash cans.
He's also Teddie's only psychic-type pokemon, which means he's able to communicate through telepathy. It's about as fun as it sounds. Not at all.
