[The video shows a good view of a cloudy sky and...not much else. The feed shakes and wobbles a bit, a clear sign that whoever's holding the pokegear is a grade A newbie. Thankfully it isn't long before a merciful white paw grabs the thing and turns it the right way, showing a far too excited blonde kid and a cubchoo who rests on his shoulder, looking awfully proud of herself for fixing the feed. Aw yeah, she knows technology. Take that everyone else! Teddie gives her a congratulatory pat on the head before continuing.]

It is! And it does VIDEO?! Woah-ho, this one's waaaaay better than my last one, Yosuke must've finally decided I needed a well deserved upgrade~

[He chuckles a bit to himself, his pokemon joining in despite the fact that she doesn't even know what a Yosuke is. She's just happy he's happy. Sadly, their festivities don't seem to last very long as Teddie begins to glance around, slowly beginning to realize none of his surroundings are very familiar. At all. His smile begins to fade into a worried frown as it finally dawns on him: He's lost.]

I-I guess he decided to move the house while he was at it, hehe...

[He tries his best to stay positive, but anyone with any sense could tell that was a very nervous chuckle. Cubchoo attempts to reassure him by patting his head now, but it only does so much.]

I'm bearginning to think something's going on here...

You're awfully well-shaved for a bear! And where are your fangs?

[It's part-teasing; if he is truly a bear, and this isn't merely a game of pretend, then it could be this world up to its old tricks again.]

That's...a real good question!

[Teddie doesn't seem at all offended by the joke, it seemed like a perfectly reasonable question to him. He even takes a moment to look around, as if he might've...dropped them. Or something related to them, anyway.]

I seem to have misplaced my fuzzy fur when I woke up here... I hope it's in my bag or something, eesh... This is just my human body right now. Did you know humans don't have fangs at all?!

Well, we do have canine teeth, but I fear they pale in comparison. Then again, we're not suited to using our teeth as weapons, and our jaws lack the strength for a potent bite.

[He gives a small shrug.]

But are you saying that you can remove your fur?

[Hmm, so perhaps it's a costume, like that of the Ranger asterisk. That may explain a few things.]

You betcha! After I got my human body, I could take my fur off whenever I felt like it! It was bearfect for those hot summer days...

[He sighs, almost dreamily, recalling some kind of fond memory. Not that now is a good time to get nostalgic.]

I really REALLY like having it with me, I feel all weird without it.

[There's a wistful sigh, and he claps a hand over his chest.]

Without the asterisks, my wardrobe is sorely lacking. Not that the fashions here are particularly dreadful, but they simply can't compare to the refinement one may find in Florem.

[He grumbles at that. Teddie might not know what "asterisks" are, or what kinda store this "Florem" is, but he can understand fashion disasters.]

Whaaaaat if yooou...bought some and then upgraded them to look more like the style you like?! Yeah! Then you could start your own bearsonal fashion line! Oh man, why aren't any of the guys around when I have a great idea...

I do an eye for fashion. While I haven't dabbled in design work before, it could be a worthwhile venture. Why, with proper care, it might open the door to a whole new world of romance...

[Women do seem to like the creative, sensitive sorts. He's now stroking his chin as he envisions this, a goofy sort of smile on his face.]

Ah, but I suppose I'm getting carried away. You look rather young, and for all I know, women don't even concern you.

[Teddie has to gawk at that, practically leaping back. For everyone's sake, including his Pokemon's, he at least keeps himself from flying over half the town. Instead the feed gets a little shaky as he jerks back, one of his hands over his chest like he's about to have a heart attack.]

H-Huh?! I'll have you know that cute girls give me all the concern, bub!

[The very idea- He can't even- Who does this guy think he is?!]

Just look at me! I-I'm a hot stud, ready for action! Do you know how many hearts I steal on a daily bearsis?! All of 'em.

[So dramatic! His gawking, his stuttering, his sheer determination! As he watches Teddie's reaction, that grin of his only grows, and he claps a hand over his chest.]

Then you're a man after my own heart! In fact, back on Luxendarc, I knew many a fine woman, and throughout my adventures I'd many deep, passionate encounters I'll not soon forget.

[Mostly dates, and certainly nothing too deep, given his lack of knowledge of "technique," but he can't resist peppering it up a bit. Making it sound grand.]
